Jardim dos Sentidos, Príncipe Real
Centrally located between Avenida da Liberdade and Príncipe Real, Jardim dos Sentidos is a lacto-vegetarian restaurant with Ayurvedic influences (originated in India) and vegan options. Besides a lunch buffet from Monday to Saturday, you can choose from an à la carte menu. There’s a garden in the back which is great for enjoying your meal in mild weather. Terra offers a great variety of vegan and vegetarian food to enjoy in the garden courtyard. You can go back for second plates at the all you can eat buffet. There are lots of options to choose from, including salads, raw and cooked vegetable dishes, couscous, soups, and bruschettas. The restaurant recommends reservations, especially on weekends and public holidays.

Os Tibetanos, Avenida da Liberdade
Os Tibetanos offers vegan and vegetarian options of different latitudes from the Himalayas to Brazil. To pair with the main course, there are natural juices and fruit lassis. The desserts include the rose petal ice cream with yoghurt, a cold slice of mint and chocolate, and the ice cream Finisterre.
The restaurant has a small shop at the entrance with articles and information about yoga, Buddhist meditation, seminars and retreats. Make a reservation to sit down in the garden, especially during the spring and summer months.

Hare Krishna, Saldanha
Hare Krishna is a little temple and restaurant in the back lanes of Lisbon serving inexpensive vegan food. You don’t get a menu to choose from, instead you’ll be served a set 3 course meal (soup, dish and dessert, with a warm fruit tea), which changes daily.
The restaurant is a little hard to spot from the street, as it is an apartment turned restaurant set in the ground floor of a building. There is an outdoor back garden patio where you can enjoy your lunch.
