TAP Portugal will fly to Portugal beginning on 10 June 2017. There will be five weekly nonstop flights from Toronto Pearson International to Lisbon Airport.
The transatlantic nonstop flights between Toronto and Lisbon will take 7h00 eastbound and 8h15 westbound.
Restoring this route to Toronto is part of the airline strategy in North America. Last summer, TAP Portugal launched nonstop flights from Boston and New York JFK to Lisbon.
The following airlines are also flying nonstop between Toronto and the Portuguese capital this summer:
- Air Canada (Seasonal Service operated by Air Canada Rouge)
- Air Transat
- Azores Airlines (previously known as SATA)
The new flights to Lisbon are already bookable on TAP online booking engine from $513 return, taxes and fees included.
