After its first year’s success, the Organii Eco Market is coming back to the LX Factory, in Lisbon. Over the weekend of 3-5 November, the event will promote natural and organic lifestyles.
The Organii Eco Market is a “100% Portuguese sustainable, ecological and organic” event. It is organized by the founders of Organii, a Portuguese brand with four shops in Lisbon, two in Porto and one in Madrid, Spain, selling organic cosmetics and natural clothes for babies.
The event will have workshops, talks, cooking shows, organic brunch and dinner, cosmetic treatments, activities for kids, and more.
This is also an opportunity to visit the LX Factory, a former 19th century industrial complex turned factory of the arts. In 2008, abandoned warehouses located under the 25 de Abril Bridge were transformed into art studios and galleries. Several nice restaurants, bars and funky shops also opened here. The LX Factory has become of the best spots to check out the alternative Lisbon.
When: Friday 7pm to 11 pm, Saturday 10am to 11pm, Sunday 10am to 7pm.
Where: LX Factory – Rua Rodrigues Faria, 103.
How to get to the LX Factory
Take tram #15E from either Praça da Figueira or Praça do Comércio (Terreiro do Paço) – this is the same tram that will take you to Belém. Get off at the Calvário stop, then walk about 200 metres.
