Enjoy a river cruise along Lisbon’s waterfront and admire its monuments, hills and cityscape, with plenty of opportunities to take amazing pictures from the Rio Tejo.
The Yellow Boat Tour is a river sightseeing cruise on the Tejo that lets you discover the old Lisbon, including the Alfama district, with its Castelo de São Jorge and Panteão Nacional. It’s a great opportunity to see the suspension red bridge – Ponte 25 de Abril – from a different angle, as well as the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Mosteiro dos Jerónimos and Torre de Belém. From the Cacilhas stop, you will have the chance to climb to the statue of Christ across the river.
The tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours, and it’s on the old “Cacilheiro” ferry boat, which has been renovated. The hop-on hop-off system allows you to explore at your own rhythm according to the following circuit:
